We have fully utilized / spent Rs.2061 lakhs
towards the project including for land purchase.

2.Certified that I have satisfied myself that the
conditions on which the grants-in aid was
sanctioned have been duly fulfilled / are being
fulfilled and that I have exercised the following
checks to seen that the money was actually
utilized for the purpose for which it was
sanctioned. 3. This Utilization Certificate was
considered and approved in the Committee Meeting
held on 29.06.2006. Kinds of Checks exercised 1.
The items and the amount spent are provided for
in the project as approved by Department of
Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP),
Government of India. 2.The expenditure
was certified by Chartered Accountant. The
payments were made whereby account payee cheques
in favour of vendors / service providers. 3.Tender
notices are published in 5 different newspapers
to reach more area to get the competitive
quotations. 4.Government of Tamil Nadu and
Government of India procedures are followed for
releasing of tenders and tenders will be
finalized by different Sub-committees such as
Technical, Physical, Infrastructure, Purchase and
Finance.
