Supplementary figure 1. EGF induces Aurora-A gene
expression in cultured cells. A431, 293T, and
MCF7 cells were transfected with an Aurora-A
promoter luciferase construct (pGL2-AAP). After
serum starvation, cells were treated with or
without EGF (10 nM) for 18 h and harvested. The
luciferase assay was performed by a dual reporter
assay system.
