• Welcome to the Delegate Support Area online
  tutorial. The slideshow will take you through all
  the screens that you will see when using the
  support area, explaining how to use each one.

• Logging in
• Selecting support material
• Simply click on each page within this tutorial to
  take you to the next area

Obtaining a username and password
If you have not already received a username and
password, you will need to request this by
email. Clicking on the Click Here to contact
us button on the left side of the screen will
launch your email tool ready to send us a
request. Please ensure the mail includes your
full name and your course details. Alternatively
email peter_at_cfmconsulting.net Once you have been
registered, we will reply with your login details.

Logging In
Clicking on the Delegate Support Area will cause
a login screen to be displayed. Please enter you
username and password in the appropriate boxes.
You may choose to tick the Remember my password
box. Click OK. Once your login details are
accepted, the delegate support area will appear
on the screen.

Selecting Support Material
Once inside the delegate support area, you will
be able to view all the documents are available
to you, including the slides from the 2-day
course. These may be either Word documents,
Powerpoint presentations, or further web
pages. You can view the documents by clicking on
the name. They will open within the
browser. Alternatively, you can download the
documents to your computer by right-clicking on
the name and choosing the save-as option.
