• Composability is the ability to rapidly select
  and assemble components to construct meaningful
  simulation systems to satisfy specific user
  requirements.  
• Composability includes the framework, body of
  knowledge, tools, techniques, and standards
  necessary to enable effective integration,
  interoperability and reuse.
