Overview
Welcome to NAAEIs New Online Student Enrollment
Process

• The NAA Education Institute has created this
  presentation as a helpful guide using the new
  online Student Enrollment Form which will offer
  greater convenience and security in an easy to
  use format.
• Affiliates are encouraged to direct students to
  the Enrollment Form at the NAA web site as soon
  they express an interest in the designation
  course. This is a very important first step in
  the designation process before conducting classes
  and administering exams as it allows NAAEI to
  establish the students data record. Enrolling a
  student online will automatically generate an ID
  and password. This enrollment step also enable
  NAAEI to properly assign student grades and other
  activity codes as the student moves through the
  designation program in the months that follow.

Online Enrollment Form

• Special Note Enrollment is a 2-step process
• Step1 Students must sign up as a New User if
  they have never received an ID and password
  before. The student will receive an ID and
  password by e-mail only. Therefore, they must
  have an e-mail account and access to it.
• Step 2 Once the students receive the ID and
  password, they must come back to the NAA web site
  and complete the actual student enrollment form
  and select an Affiliate and designation course,
  enter time in the apartment industry, highest
  education, etc.

• Student enters the information page with
  instructions on how to log in for first time and
  returning users.

• page and can again review the designation
  course and requirements before proceeding to
  complete the questions on the form.

• Student selects designation course and enters
  contact information.

• NAAEI also collects demographic information
  including years in the apartment industry and
  highest education achieved.

Online Enrollment Form

• Student receives a confirmation page after
  completing and submitting the enrollment form.
  The page lists ID, password, and designation
  course. The student should print page for
  recordkeeping and bring to class. This page is
  also automatically e-mailed to the student.

Online Enrollment Form

• NAAEI automatically sends a student enrollment
  report to Affiliate once a week. The enrollment
  report includes student name and ID, designation
  course, and date of enrollment.
