The Cave Mangrove at a Glance Langkawi located
in the state of Kedah has a cave of some 1000
years old located south of Langkawi and the
northwest of Pulau Dayang Bunting (Pregnant
Mermaid Island). The entrance is covered with
Mangrove and amazing formation of crystal shining
stalactite. Malaysia is recognized as a country
with the highest diversity of mangroves, with
over 30 different species and approximately
60,000 hectares. Suitable for activities like
mountain climbing, photography, jungle walks.
Accessible by boat which takes about 20 to 30
minutes to the cave and another 35 to 40 minutes
to the mangrove.
