Our Arbys Values
The Six Values represent Arbys core beliefs as a
restaurant operator, employer and corporate
citizen. They are character-building principles
designed to encourage self-development with a
sense of purpose.   The Arby's Charity Tour
utilizes these Values to help Make a Difference
in the lives of youth in the communities we
visit.

Our Purpose The ACTs purpose is to create
premier fundraising events in key strategic
markets that invest in the well-being of
Americas youth while enabling Arbys, the
sponsors of the ACT and our community partners to
enhance consumer perception of their brands and
achieve their respective financial and community
service goals.

nurturing of families in need and their
children. Big Brothers Big Sisters BBBS
organizations exist to strengthen the
single-parent family by providing one-to-one
professionally supported relationships for
children who may need additional positive role
models to enrich their lives.
Since 1986, Arbys and the Arbys Foundation has
been a national corporate charity partner of Big
Brothers Big Sisters. Arbys is proud to be the

Play Golf A full-field, 18-hole, one-day event

Golf Tournament Format
Arbys Charity Tour golfers compete in a modified
scramble, which means that the best drive is
chosen, but from that point, each golfer plays
his own ball to the hole.

• USGA handicap and rules apply
• Maximum Handicap 28
• Handicap Adjustment 50

• Team selects best drive
• Each individual plays own ball in
