This figure has doubled in the past 10 years.

  • As internet educators, we cannot gauge the
interest and comprehension of our students by
looking at their faces and into their eyes.
Pedagogy has therefore shifted from the
tangibility of shared time and space to a
communications medium of sound and vision and
disconnected temporality, space and place. Those
    differences presuppose entirely different
approaches to pedagogy than those of the
    traditional classroom.

19
Practical What is the economic feasibility of
providing this material and the cost of accessing
it? What skills do students and teachers have or
need to develop to use the technology?
Technical What hardware and software is available
to the school?
Pedagogic How well will students learn using this
method?
