Forward-Looking Statements
This presentation includes forward-looking
statements within the meaning of the United
States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act
of 1995. All statements, other than statements of
historical fact, included herein including,
without limitation, statements regarding
anticipated completion of engineering studies,
potential results of drilling and assays, timing
of permitting, construction and production and
other milestones, and Mantras future operating
or financial performance are forward-looking
statements. Estimates of reserves and resources
are also forward-looking statements in that they
involve estimates of the mineralization that
would be encountered, based on interpretation of
drilling results and certain assumptions, if a
deposit were developed and mined. Forward-looking
statements involve various risks and
uncertainties. There can be no assurance that
such statements will prove to be accurate, and
actual results and future events could differ
materially from those anticipated in such
statements. Important factors that could cause
actual results to differ materially from Mantras
expectations include uncertainties involving the
need for additional financing to explore and
develop properties and availability of financing
in the debt and capital markets uncertainties
involved in the interpretation of drilling
results and geological tests and the estimation
of reserves and resources the need for
cooperation of government agencies and native
groups in the development of Mantras properties
the need to obtain permits and governmental
approvals risks of operations such as accidents,
equipment breakdowns, bad weather, non-compliance
with environmental and permit requirements,
unanticipated variation in geological structures,
ore grades or recovery rates unexpected cost
increases, fluctuations in metal prices and
currency exchange rates, and other risks and
uncertainties disclosed in Mantras Annual
Information Form for the current year, filed with
the Canadian securities regulatory authorities,
and in other Mantra reports and documents filed
with applicable securities regulatory authorities
from time to time. Mantras forward looking
statements reflect the beliefs, opinions and
projections on the date the statements are made.
Mantra assumes no obligation to update forward
looking statements of management beliefs,
opinions, projections, or other factors should
they change.

Tintina Properties
  • Staking Heats Up in
  • Kuskokwim Gold Belt
  • Donlin Creek is part of the Tintina Gold Belt,
which extends from Alaska to Yukon to northern BC
  • Includes Brewery Creek and Dublin Gulch deposits,
Fairbanks and Klondike placer gold camps, Fort
    Knox and Pogo gold mines
  • Barrick and Newmont have staked extensive
    properties in the area
  • Mantra now holds interests in a number of
prospective gold properties in the belt Timber
    Creek and Colorado Creek

12
Tintina Au Project
  • The Tintina project consists of five early-stage
prospects totaling 93,280 acres of 100 owned
State of Alaska mining claims 135 to 165
kilometers south-southwest of the 40 million
ounce Donlin Creek gold deposit in the Kuskokwim
    gold belt.
  • Limited reconnaissance mapping and sampling have
    identified Donlin style gold mineralization
    porphyry intrusive bodies intruding Kuskokwim
    Group sediments.
  • These early stage exploration targets show strong
similar general characteristics to Donlin Creek
and have been acquired based on regional silt
    sampling, aeromagnetics and TM/Aster satellite
    image processing for alteration

13
Baird Mtns Project
14
Baird Mtns Polymetallic Project
  • The Baird Mtns project lies 35 miles North of
Kiana Alaska in the southern Brooks Range
covering 80,560 acres including 60 claims in
    earn-in JV with Teck.
  • The project covers a major Cu Co Zn Pb system
with significant Ba Ag Ge and F.
  • A series of major occurrences have been
    identified which collectively define a
mineralized system roughly 15 by 20 kms in
    dimension.
  • Kennecott explored the Omar prospect in the
1960s drilling a series of shallow
    small-diameter core holes which encountered
    high-grade bornite and chalcocite copper
mineralization including 9.59 Cu over 6.1 meters
and 3.16 Cu over 36.6 meters.
  • NG over the last few years has completed major
airborne survey, mapping and roughly 4000 soil
    and rock samples.
  • Results from the soil survey are impressive with
    multi-kilometer scale soil anomalies defined
adjacent to each of the known showings on the
property. All of the soil anomalies remain open
    to expansion.
  • Airborne geophysics define several EM
stratigraphic conductors that spatially appear to
    host mineralization.

Kugruk Cu/Fe/Au Project
19
Kugruk Cu/Fe/Au Project
  • 177,280 acre property on the northern Seward
    Peninsula approximately 20 kilometers from
    tidewater on Norton Sound.
  • A series of significant mineralized occurrences
stretch over roughly 50 km of strike length and
constitute a major Fe Cu Au IOCG occurrences.
  • Limited 1970s drilling at the Billikin prospect
    intersected thick intervals of magnetite/minor
chalcopyrite mineralization. Re-assay of some of
the very limited core still surviving has
returned some exceptional numbers including 38.7
meters of 60.8 Fe and 0.11 Cu and 25.9 meters
of 60.9 Fe and 0.08 Cu.
  • At the Kugruk pluton, a 15 km zone of arcuate
magnetic anomalies has been identified including
    the Billikin prospect.
  • At South Kugruk, approximately a broad magnetic
feature suggests a similar buried intrusion with
elevated copper and gold values typical of
    intermediate level IOCG systems.
  • NovaGold completed a major airborne survey,
mapping and roughly 2000 soil and rock samples
resulting in the definition of multi-kilometer
scale soil and geophysical targets ready to drill
    test.

Omilak Lead-Zinc-Silver Project
23
Omilak Ag Project
  • The Omilak property is located in the eastern
Seward Peninsula and consists of 19,680 acres of
    100 owned Alaska state claims.
  • The property surrounds the historic Omilak
lead-zinc-silver mine which was active during the
late 19th century and produced high grade direct
    shipping silver ore.
  • The combination of high silver grades and
    widespread mineralized gossan occurrences,
combined with an apparent lack of significant
contemporary exploration was the basis for
    acquisition of the property.
  • No work has yet been completed on the property.
