• Step 1 Determine if your high speed modem needs
  attention.
• Step 2 If so, retrain your high speed modem.
• Step 3 Renew your Internet Protocol (IP)
  Address.
• Step 4 If connection still fails reboot the
  machine.

• Step 1 Determine if your high speed modem needs
  attention.

• Is the WAN and LAN lights blinking?

• If so, retrain your high speed modem.
• This is accomplished by unplugging the modem,
  waiting a minute, and reapplying the power.

• Step 3 Renew your Internet Protocol (IP)
  Address.

• Click Start Run. In the Dialog box type cmd.

• In the command prompt type ipconfig /release then
  hit enter.

• Lastly, type ipconfig /renew and hit enter. Now
  test your connection.

• Still not working? Reboot the Machine.
