Questions that ask you to ANALYSE TURNING POINTS
  • Tip - These questions ask you to assess the
    importance of a particular event. So you need to
    know what happened before and what changes were
    possible afterwards.
  • Tip These events were important but they were
    often not the only events of significance. Ask
    yourself if there were other important that were
    more/equally/ almost as important.
  • Tip These questions are often worth a lot of
    marks so make a plan before you start to write.

    includes some description of what was possible
    after anaesthetics. (7-9 marks)
  • Level 4 Balanced judgement taking other events
    (antiseptics etc) into account also. (10-12
    marks)
