• Installation started on the 30th January (17
  working days)
• Status
• 16 Sectors of A side are complete, 17th Sector
  almost complete (12 cards to be installed) ? 2043
  FECs installed
• the 18th sector (Sector 13) can only be
  installed on next Wednesday after the
  installation of the new I-bars on the A side

During the installation, the FECs are tested
individually (stand-alone) by means of a
dedicated mounting test tool, U2F (USB to FEC
interface)

• Readout of trigger related data (pulser)
• Connection to the pad plane

• Measurement of VCCA, VCCD, IA, ID and T
• Test of all CSRs, Control Readout path

PHASE II

• Inspection of the system with RCUs Mar Sep 06
• Inspection of up to 12 readout partitions (2
  Sectors) concurrently
• Comprehensive test FEE, DAQ, DCS, TRIGGER, HLT,
  ECS (power bars and cooling required)

PHASE III

• Installation of RCUs May Jun 06
• thorough test of all (216) readout partitions
