  • This exercise will guide you through the skills
    covered in todays training. Feel free to
    deviate from these guidelines if you feel
    comfortable.
  • Open PowerPoint Start Programs PowerPoint
  • Begin a new presentation using the Dads Tie
    presentation template.
  • Go to the outline view and create a few slides,
    for example
  • How to Eat a Librarian
  • by Steve Spohn,Producer and Director,These Are
    the Days of Our Libraries
  • Baked or Fried
  • Baked is more healthy.
  • Fried is faster and tastier.
  • Seasonings
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Go to the title master view.
  • Click on the tie and make it thinner.
  • Go to the slide master view.
  • Click on AutoShapes Action Buttons (right
    arrow)
  • Click and drag in the lower right corner of the
    slide to create an arrow. (It will prompt you to
    save if you havent already done so.)
  • It is automatically set to hyperlink to the next
    slide. Leave it that way for now, but look at
    the other options.
