Chapter 9 SummaryThe United States can be
divided into four regions the Northeast, the
South, the Midwest and the West. Each region
has a unique geography, history, economy, and
culture. Although there are significant
differences among the four regions, there are
similarities and a sense of national pride that
unite the regions as one nation.
