  • The mean of a set of numbers is the sum, divided
    by the amount of numbers in the set
  • Example 2, 2, 4, 3, 5, 8, 10, 6

  • Median is the middle number given a set of
    numbers (must be ordered least to greatest)
  • Example 3, 3, 5, 7, 8 (5 is the median)
  • If the numbers are even, add the two medians and
    divide by two
