  • IHEs will submit two reports
  • Traditional routes
  • Alternative routes
  • States will define alternative routes
  • A teacher preparation program that primarily
    serves candidates that are the teacher of record
    in a classroom while participating in the route.
    Alternative route teacher preparation programs
    are defined as such by the state.
