21VERSION 1 SIMPLE DIALER w/CONTROLLER BAR
- The Controller Bar is the heart of the Super
Dialer Engine. All dialing is controlled from
here, and as soon as the agent hangs up the
phone, the next call is sent to the agent. Agent
can record, wrap, break, make manual calls and
use the Librarian. - The phone numbers are imported (unlimited
campaigns) into the dialer. The dialer goes
through the list in a top down fashion. As soon
as the dialer goes through the list, you have to
re-import the list to call again. (Simple dialer - only)
- The Simple Dialer nor your Agent has any
abilities to disposition the call. The
exported/imported list is tagged as processed
calls. If you are needing to track all calls,
and their dispositions such as Do Not Call, Call
Back, etc) you will need to choose one of the
SUPER DIALER models.
