Phase 0 Process

• Submit pdf to WSSI_at_uwyo.edu by 500 pm the first
  day of each month
• Receive Email Verification of Receipt
• Proposals Evaluated (3 reviewers)
• Recommendations Made
• Awards Announced about the 10th of Each Month

Phase 0 Process continued

• If Chosen for Award
• Process Information, Contract, Reviewers
  Comments, Vendor Form, Assigned a Mentor
• Receive 2500 Up Front
• Receive 2500 after Contract is Fulfilled
• Mentor Paid in Full (email from Mentor)
• Proof of Submission to Target Agency
• Final Copy of Proposal Submitted to WSSI

• Flat Fee 360 for up to 12 hours of mentoring
  service
• Typical Mentoring Tasks
