Ephesians God's Spiritual People is the first
study in a new series titled LifeWay In-Depth
Bible Study. If Paul wrote to us today, he would
exhort us to seek spiritual wisdom, build strong
bonds with our church and other believers, and
prepare for Satan's attacks. He would certainly
encourage us to pray. That's the message Paul
sent to the church at Ephesus nearly 2,000 years
ago. After all, believers today struggle with the
same issues they did in the early church. Kenny
Goldman will lead the study in room A119 at 500
PM.
Establishing meaningful relationships in the
church is essential to discipleship. Based on
such knowledge, Basic Training aims to connect
new believers and new members to the church, grow
them through continuing discipleship, and guide
people into ministry areas. It is a discipling
process that includes new believer and new
member orientation, assimilation, gifts and
relational style discovery, and the
identification of ministry opportunities based on
giftedness. Vickie Knierim leads this ongoing
group that meets Sundays at 500 PM in room D211.
