The stickydrive platform "brands the inside" of a
flash drive by offering a custom designed
graphical interface incorporating their logo,
themes, and colours. In addition Stickydrive
offers useful functionality that assures that the
recipients of these drives will continue to use
them, with the advertisers brand constantly
re-enforced and with current information always
at their finger tips!

What is Stickydrive? StickyDrive is a software
product embedded in a flash drive. It is an
executable (.exe) program that provides a
mini-operating system for USB flash. StickyDrive
runs automatically with Windows XP and Vista,
users will have to launch the application with
earlier versions of Windows. Upon inserting the
flash drive in the computer, the program presents
the user with a graphical interface that provides
intuitive functionality. Catalog store your
Music, Photos, Docs Use The Search Function
and the Capacity Usage Indicator. Finally a
storage system that works! The graphical
interface the user sees is developed using Adobe
Flash 8. Flash enables the interface to be
customized through a skin (your customized
look) that incorporates a company's logo and
colours. When the flash drive is used, the
advertisers corporate colours images are
displayed within the Information Management
System. Videos, PowerPoint Presentations,
Pictures, Documents that have been preloaded are
all accessible. When there is Internet
connectivity, embedded links will bring the user
to pre-determined sites constantly current
information. Plus the advertiser has the option
to remotely update the content.

• The StickyDrive Package
• Loading Skin When you plug it in a customized
  loading page will displayed for approximately 2-5
  seconds.
• Top Skin The user interface is divided into a
  top skin control panel viewed in all application
  windows. The top skin features static logo,
  colour scheme, and corporate sponsor about us
  message as well as the Information Management
  System.
• Welcome Bottom Skin After program launch the
  home welcome page is presented incorporating
  the interface bottom skin. This page is also
  presented any time the user selects home on the
  top skin control panel, or upon clicking twice on
  any of the other interface window buttons.
• Web Links Unlimited links can be provided
  within the welcome page bottom skin. These links
  can be presented as shaped buttons, text or other
  graphics similar to a web site. Upon clicking on
  these buttons, the program will launch the
  resident browser and direct the user to the
  predetermined URL.

• The StickyDrive Package
• Movie It is possible to include a movie that
  plays on the welcome screen of StickyDrive. The
  movie will be played as a .FLA file. The movie
  can be in any file format (.mov, .mpeg, .wmv,
  etc.) StickyDrive Services will convert the file
  to .FLA format so that it can play inside the
  welcome screen of StickyDrive.
• The movie is provided in one of 3 ways
  Internally stored, Internet played from customers
  servers, or Internet played from StickyDrive
  servers.
• Internally Stored The movie file will be
  pre-loaded inside each flash drive. The movie
  will play every time the program is run,
  regardless of Internet connection. The movie
  will require available space on the flash drive.
  
• Internet Played From Customer Servers The movie
  is hosted (or stored) on the remote servers owned
  by the customer and the video is then played or
  streamed via the internet. The computer must be
  connected to the internet for the user to view
  the movie.
• Internet Played From StickyDrive Servers The
  movie is hosted (or stored) on StickyDrive LL
  servers and the video is then played or streamed
  via the internet. This enables StickyDrive to
  manage the process for the customer instead of
  getting corporate IT departments involved in the
  process. The computer must be connected to the
  internet for the user to view the movie. A
  hosting fee will be charged - 70.00 per year for
  each 1000 drives supported with an average length
  movie of 2-5 minutes.

• The StickyDrive Package
• Skin Animation If a customer does not have a
  promotional video or some other movie to present
  , it is possible to take a series of still images
  (charts, graphs, pictures, etc) and make a
  slideshow out of them.
• Audio Files (Similar to Podcaast) Audio files
  can be delivered, updated, stored, and played
  through StickyDrive to inform consumers about
  products and services offered.
• Audio files are played in MP3 format. If the
  company does not have the audio files in MP3
  format, the files may be delivered in any format
  and StickyDrive Services will convert them.
  These files will then be placed inside the
  Music section of the StickyDrive
• Content Quick Links Quick links designed into
  the skin enable a user friendly link to highlight
  documents pre-loaded in the flash drive. Upon
  the user selecting the Quick Link, the
  incorporated document would immediately be
  launched enabling companies to feature one
  particular document of interest.
• Content Drop-Down Menus / Quick Links If
  multiple documents, videos, or web links are
  featured in the skin design the Supplier can
  design animated drop-down menus to make better
  use of space.

• The StickyDrive Services
• StickyDrive Advanced Services In some cases,
  all the features talked about up till now are
  still not enough. StickyDrive Services will work
  with you on advanced programming needs.
• Information Feeds - It is possible to feed live
  information dynamically from the Internet into
  the StickyDrive interface. Examples might
  include
• Scrolling stock ticker to deliver stock price
  information.
• A weather feed for current weather conditions in
  a specific location.
• TV listing for the nightly show schedule on a
  specific network.
• A next-game schedule for professional sports
  teams.
• Internet Search It is possible to include a
  window on the welcome screen of the StickyDrive
  program that will allow a user to perform a
  Internet Search, the results will be listed in
  the window, and clicking on the result will open
  a web browser and take the user to that page.
• Database Integration StickyDrive servers can be
  programmed to interface with external customer
  data. Data from the StickyDrive (user input
  data) can be exported to external databases of
  the sponsor company, and reciprocally, unique
  data can be imported to the StickyDrive based on
  the users profile or needs.

StickyDrive Reporting The following is a list
of reports offered as our standard reporting
package, and reports that can be custom ordered.
Standard reporting is available StickyDrive
products.   Standard reporting - 450.00 per
report includes the following    Average
Frequency This is a report of the average use
per active user of the device. Example During
the month of April, the average user plugged in
the device five times per week.   Days of week
usage This is a report of which days of the week
the StickyDrive is most used. Example 50 of
users are plugging in on Mondays. Less than 5
of users are plugging in on weekends.   Duration
This is a report of the average length of time
users have had their device plugged in and are
using the device. Example The average user has
his/her device plugged in for 11.2 minutes each
use.   Hour of day This is a report showing what
time of day users plug in their device. Example
The average person is using their StickyDrive
between 9am and 2pm (PT).   Report
compilation Using the standard reporting,
customers can compile the data for informative
insight to the use of StickyDrive and the amount
of brand impression time they are receiving.
Example The average user of the StickyDrives
are plugging in the device 5 times per week. The
majority of users plug it in on Mondays between
9am and 2pm, and have it plugged on average for
11.2 minutes.

StickyDrive Reporting Custom
reporting   Special reporting elements can be
programmed into StickyDrive to show what users
are viewing or doing with the flash drive.
Tracking these elements requires special
programming each time to monitor and track device
usage. Special reporting is only available in
StickyDrive premium versions, and will be an
extra cost for each license and is best
implemented at the time of the original order
design.   Content use report This is a report of
how many times a particular piece of content is
opened or launched. Content could be a video,
PDF document, or power point contained within the
flash drive. Example The Ameribank StickyDrive
contained three videos. The first video was on
home equity loans, the second on their premier
client program, and the third on teaching your
kids how to save. The average user has played
the home equity video 2.2 times. The average
user has played the premier client program video
.7 times. The average user has played the
teaching your kids how to save video 4.6
times.   Web click-through report This report
measures the average times a particular link on
the StickyDrive interface is clicked that in
turn navigates the user to a particular web site.
Example BlueSky Airlines places a link to a
DisneyLand vacation package. StickyDrive reports
that the average user has clicked the link to
view this package .6 times.   Advertising
impression report This report measures the
average number of time particular advertisements
on the StickyDrive interface are viewed per user.
Example Nascar Racing Association distributed
StickyDrives to thousands of people at a recent
race. This version of StickyDrive contained
advertising for 16 different sponsors through a
rotating panel of four advertisements displayed
each 30 seconds. The average user viewed all 16
advertisements 2.4 times each use.    Data
submission report This report collects the
transactions of customer submitting data into the
StickyDrive such as providing their address, zip
code, customer code, or frequent flyer number.
Example During the month of April, 2,200
customers submitted their frequent flyer number
into the interface as part of the 5,000 mile
bonus promotion.     Pricing for custom
reporting is provided on a per-job basis.
Pricing for custom reports is in addition to
standard reporting.

Updating content or design StickyDrives unique
ability to update itself enables you to provide
fresh content and information to the customers.
Services are provided on a per-job basis. The
Services Team spends time one on one with clients
to determine their needs and update their content
or design for their promotional purposes. Note
the charges below do not include the development
of the new skin or design to be updated. These
fees are only to implement the change.
  Example of cost to update a new skin or

design programming Because of the dynamic
capabilities of the StickyDrive technology, many
customers desire custom programming for
functionality not offered in the package. The
Services Team spends time with clients to
determine their needs and modify StickyDrive
functionality specific for their promotional
purposes. Services are provided on a per-job
basis.   Example of custom programming of
StickyDrive   Enable web live data feed into
the skin / interface

support Each new order for StickyDrive comes
with 18 months program support for updates.
Companies desiring to continue marketing to their
customers holding StickyDrives beyond 18 months
will be charged 0.75 per drive program
maintenance fee for each additional 12 month
period. StickyDrive Services will provide you
this option at the end of the initial 18 month
period. Each job has different requirements.
StickyDrive will work with you to determine the
needs and create an estimate of costs for your
review. Stickydrive Services retains the option
to work on a time and materials basis. Large
orders (over 25,000 units) may require an
additional cost for content delivery. Hosted
video content on StickyDrive servers will be
charged 66.00 per year for each 1,000 drives
supported. The hosted video will be stored for
the 18 month initial license period.
