• Proposal submission cycle Applications for
  consideration at DEC / TC meetings must be
  submitted 2 or more months prior to the meetings
• Define approval process - application forms with
  weightings against criteria, evaluations
  undertaken by DEC WG and recommendations
  submitted to APMP EC for endorsement
• Define nature of available support e.g.,
  activities and level of available support for
  each activity
