Advisor Overview of Online Registration in Self
Service at GMC

• Online Registration timeline
• Receive email generated by Self Service after an
  advisee submits a schedule
• Logon to your Self Service home page
• Make sure Internet Explorer is upgraded to
  version 7.0
• Manage Advisees
• Select Approve under Pending Schedules
• Approve or Deny courses
• Add messages if necessary
• Click Apply
• Schedule is approved
• Email is sent to the student informing them of
  the review of their schedule
• View a previously approved or denied schedule

Enter Comments, Mark approve or deny Click Apply
