- BIE training conducted
- PDF files of 20-30 sample check images will be
provided, let us know if additional images are
needed
- Certification letter will be issued

- Agency must meet all certification criteria
during integration testing
- Full size parallel file is FTPd with INF file
- Agency business staff adds BIE entry online
- Detail, INF, and BIE must reconcile
- All documents must process successfully through
batch cycle
- A limited number of checks will be supplied to
the agency
- A payment feedback file will be provided to
agency
- Agency must acknowledge that they can process the
new payment feedback and vendor/customer files
- Agency must review and accept the check output
- Agency must reconcile payment feedback file with
production file
- Formal sign-off (certification letter) must be
done by Controllers Office and agency

- OIT/DOL printing operation will

- Special handling situations will require the
setting of the vendor disbursement category in
the vendor component of the GAX or PRC document
to one of the following values - MRS Tax refunds requiring special envelopes
- MS DHHS provider payments, courier pickup
- TR Delivery to Treasury for agency pickup,
requires pre-approval from Controllers Office

- Test of production environment
- Test software modifications
- Test production interface FTP site details will
be provided in June
- All interface partners must provide parallel
production file
- Utilize same guidelines as integrated testing

- Use parallel production files
- New vendor and customer crosswalk file will be
provided the first week of June
- Agency will FTP files and email Kishore include
the date the file was originally processed in
production
- INF control file will be required, must use
correct unit code
- Each interface is assigned a processing date for
testing purposes (see attached integration
schedule doc.)
- Agency files due no later than at noon (June
26-30) on their scheduled submission date
- INF batch id and import date must reflect
assigned test date
- INF and document file names must reflect assigned
test date

- Scheduled payment date edit
- Sched. Payment date must be or system date
- Edit will be relaxed to accommodate integrated
testing
- Agency will make BIE entry online

completed at the beginning of July

16MFASIS Upgrade ProjectSecuring Data Transmissions
- Transactions will be processed through Momentum
FTP server instead of directly to MFASIS FTP
- Directory structure will be exactly the same,
userids will change.
- Scripts will need to be changed so that files are
transmitted to the Momentum server instead of
the MFASIS server Information will be provided
to agencies regarding server name. - For now Push and Pull from Server May be able
to automate processes in the future.
- Cleanup of outbound feedback files on the
Momentum server will be the responsibility of the
agencies, MFASIS will delete inbound files as
they are used. - Ability to use different clients such as a free
client from Momentum, Cute FTP, Move It Buddy,
and WS/FTP Pro.
- Investigating and testing web mailboxes for
future HTTPS transfers.
