  • I was in charge of the Salad station when I first
  • I made sure I had a good amount of everything
    that I needed for my shift
  • At the end of my shift I would clean the deep
    fryers and change the oil in them if it was
  • After I few months I was switched to the toss
    station and learnt all the pastas as well as what
    would go into them for the sauce station

Other Information
  • A wedding took place in the building so I helped
    out with that, it was fun to help out with it
  • Unfortunately Pasta la Vista went through a
    change in management and the executive chef
    decided to leave so we went through changes until
    another chef was appointed

    I work with because it is works well in the long
