  of November, this occurred for a number of
  reasons
• 1. The New Microsoft video games system, The Xbox
  360 came out made a large number of sales
• 2. Microsoft cut a multi-billion dollar deal with
  Intel and a new company that will be producing
  Flash memory and substantial amounts of supplies
  and partnerships were made.

• Key Competitors - IBM, Apple, Oracle, and Google
• Strengths A trusted icon of the American
  Public, Most people only know of Microsoft, and
  as a result it is sometimes accused of being a
  monopoly
• Weaknesses A potential weakness is that not all
  people are computer are computer literate so not
  all people are able to use the software, although
  Microsoft is continuously idiot proofing its
  software, another weakness is there have been a
  few anti-trust settlements against Microsoft.
