Window Painting and Empty Bowls

• Participants will be coming up with designs for
  the Roy Rogers windows and then will go to Roy
  Rogers to paint the windows. The painting at
  Roys will be done after school.
• When painting is finished, we will work on clay
  bowls for the Empty Bowls Program.

Session 3- Solo group singing

• Session led by Ms. Taylor.
• Students will bring music to sing either as a
  solo or in a small group.
• If students do not have songs but are interested,
  Ms. Taylor will provide selections.
• Ms. Taylor will be available to instruct and
  accompany students during BEST time and at solo
  ensemble competitions.

Destination Imagination
Advisor Mr. Hedges
This destination imagination extension is open to
all students who may be interested in being part
of a 7 member DI team. This extension will focus
on team building skills. The members of the
teams and the number of teams will be selected
from the students who participate in this
extension. All DI practices will be held during
best time. If selected for a team you must be
able to commit to DI Best extensions through the
end of term 3. If you have questions, see Mr.
Hedges in room 149.

Extension Session 3 National Geographic Geography
Bee

• This is a requirement for all students who are
  interested in participating in the BCMS Geography
  Bee competition.
• We will spend the first 10 sessions preparing for
  the competition with practice activities that
  include on-line resources and games.

The Geography Bee competition will take place
during the sessions in January.
