• TransNexus started in 1997 to provide solutions
  for VoIP inter-carrier billing and settlement.
• Cooperated with Cisco, 3Com and others to develop
  the Open Settlement Protocol (OSP).
• Released the open source OSP Toolkit in 1998.
• OSP Toolkit has been widely used commercial VoIP
  products.
