Fields of interest

• Development of an intelligent information
  processing system for automatic measurement,
  statistical modeling, prediction and control of
  complex phenomena. Applications are oriented to
• basic research of complex phenomena in natural
  sciences, engineering and economy
• characterization and control of manufacturing
  processes in industry
• transportation processes and traffic in civil
  engineering
• adaptive modeling and forecasting of time series
  and fields generated by chaotic dynamic phenomena
  and complex networks.
• Research, examination and application of advanced
  materials
• focus is on new nano-composites
• applications are related with road networks.
• Development of sensors and instrumentation
  applicable in testing, production and
  exploitation of advanced materials in chemistry,
  industry and civil engineering.

  Research of modified carbon sensors,
  electrochemical and optical sensors, automation
  and data handling on sensor systems, hardware and
  software design.
• Members of AMANOVA have developed collaboration
  with many foreign universities and institutions
  such as NANOCEM network and EU COST actions on
  Technology driven physics, Physics of risk, and
  Winter Service Strategies for Increased European
  Road Safety.
