SNAP Summary
  • The print production goal is process consistency
the ability to predict within some tolerance what
    will happen the next time
  • The absence of consistency is process chaos the
inability to predict what will happen the next
    time within any tolerance
  • The focus is on process versus product products
    change, processes endure
  • If our processes are not consistent, we cannot
    implement specifications consistently
  • Our focus achieving process consistency

29
Results So Far
  • Confirm Density Specifications able to be met
  • Develop Color Profile average values
  • Gray Balance tolerances
