• Inspection
• On the bellows side (10mm tube held in place by a
  spider), the 10mm tube was out 0.010"
  horizontally and nearly perfect  vertically
• On the vacuum chamber (square tube) side, the
  horizontal squareness (flange perpendicular to
  the tube) was near perfect but the verticle
  squareness was off by 0.015" (0.3 degrees). The
  spec is 0.005
