Status
  • Beginning October 1, 2008, the Department will
    noticeably usher in a new era of acquisition
    strategic alignment moving closer to the ultimate
    goal of a totally integrated acquisition and
    financial transaction environment. The Office of
    the Senior Procurement Executive (M-60) is
    expected to award a DOT comprehensive contract
    with Compusearch providing the DOT with the first
    ever PRISM license consolidation, creating an
    enterprise license agreement (ELA). This effort
    initially consolidates the DOT PRISM spend
    representing an estimated 500,000 annual savings
    across the Department, including FAA.

  • For the most part this is an FY 09 obligation.
    There are a few OAs who will have FY 08 expenses
    (FHWA and PHMSA).

    allocated based on current service level w/

  • The ESC Phase cost will be allocated on a PRISM
    per transaction basis with a base fixed amount.
  • The Delphi Integration Phase has a specific cost
    model, which is to be determined.

    scenario may be a combination of the three. This
    is evolving in conjunction with the FMBT.
