  • Diary study might have been effective
  • Scanner oriented gadget bubble
  • Ask them to project whether it would work
  • Slicky does not equal sticky
  • Making a customizable UI does not mean that
    people will actually take the trouble to
    customize it
  • Problems with groups people dont file because
    they have to think hard about categorization.

    solution is still from an engineering perspective
