Model release plan from developers

• MOS20
• Update release to be available by end of March

• Update release to be available in March
• Hisim-LDMOS
• First release will be available by end of December

Further evaluation steps

• LDMOS subcommittee will work on a list of items
  with priority to be improved for each model based
  on member evaluation results. Model update
  releases are expected to address the issues
  reported by CMC member companies.
• Evaluation by member companies will continue as
  the new models ( versions) are released
• In Q1 2007 CMC meeting, model developers and
  member companies are encouraged to report the
  model status and further evaluation results
  (especially for Hisim-LDMOS)
• The final reports from CMC member companies and
  also the model update from developers are to be
  presented at the CMC meeting in Q2 2007
• A conference call meeting to update the model
  release / evaluation status will be arranged at
  certain time before the final reports
• A voting will be done in a certain period of time
  after the final reports to select the standard
  CMC LDMOS model
• CMC will coordinate with model developers of the
  selected standard LDMOS model on the development
  to include the required features. And when it is
  ready release the first version as a CMC standard
  LDMOS model
