Hospitality The Catering Department is pleased to
offer a wide selection of catering services to
cover all of your events and needs. The details
below are intended to provide an overall guide to
the catering services available. However, the
Catering Manager will be delighted to discuss any
individual requirements with you. Booking
Procedure If you require catering and hospitality
for your meetings and special events, please
complete a customer catering booking form
(obtainable from the reception area, finance
department or from the catering department) and
send it to the Catering Manager. To assist the
Catering Department to ensure they are able to
deliver your catering needs, please allow minimum
notice of 2 working days for your catering
request, as all items are freshly produced
(subject to size of function). Although every
effort will be made to satisfy your requirements,
as a result of late bookings some substitutions
may be offered. Staff Resources Please remember
that functions and events, which occur outside
the normal working hours of the Catering
Department will incur additional staff
resources. Other Services Harrison Catering
Services will be happy to supply other products
to complement our catering service (e.g. flowers,
colour schemes, candles, laundered table linen,
napkins etc). Please do not hesitate to discuss
with the Catering Manager any special
requirements you may have on 020 8296 9936

Variety and Nutrition As part of our progress
plan to constantly strive to improve services we

new style menus created by our Executive Chef,
Mark Stower especially for you. These will
include a wide and varied selection of food that
will be available, and chosen to represent all
customer tastes and preferences. Chefs skills
are utilised to ensure that even the simplest
dishes taste delicious, while sensible cooking
methods avoid the unnecessary introduction of
added fats. Your Catering Service We are
extremely delighted to be the catering contractor
for Coombe Boys School. Working with you we will
manage and develop the catering services. We
shall regularly undertake customer research the
results of which will be used to plan continuous
improvements to your catering service. Working
with you, it is our intention to provide a
balanced, high quality, value for money service,
to be used and enjoyed by the employees and
