Where Plateau People Live
  • Well, the Plateau People lived on the Columbia
    Mountains.
  • It is east of the Cascade Mountains.

  • The climate is dry on the Plateau.
  • There is extreme weathers.
  • It is sunny in the summer.
  • It is also continental.

  • It is very grassy.
  • There is plants like tule rush, camas, and sage
    brush.

  • There are pit houses that are five inches
    underground and there was fires in the middle to
    keep the house warm.

    both had fires in the middle to keep the house
