• Winds associated with abnormally strong pressure
  gradient caused by strong high pressure and back
  door cold front to the east. The pressure
  gradient caused significant areas of blowing
  dust. The Maximum winds reached 30 mph and one
  PCAQCD monitor exceeded the 24-hr PM10 NAAQS.
