  • Homework assignments (4)
  • Homework assignments will also be announced in
    class and posted in Blackboard system in advance
  • Will be announced in the two classes before due
    date
  • Take-home exam (2 parts)

Course Format
  • Final Paper
  • Topic and target system will be selected by
    student, with approval of instructors.
  • Publication-quality does not mean that the
    paper has been accepted for publication, rather
    that it is of sufficient quality to merit
    publication.
  • A substantive literature search (depth and
    relevance) is expected for the paper.

  • Technical writing will constitute 10 of the
    final grade.
  • Evaluation form and guidelines for the final
    paper will be posted on blackboard at least 4
    weeks in advance of due date.
  • The final paper will be due on the last day of
    class, Tuesday, 6 December.
