Step 1 Job specification
Job specification is the first step in setting up
your job. When you log onto your recruitment
managers membership area, click Job setup link
and you get started. Our Job setup wizard will
lead you through takes 7 steps. The company name
appears by default. The job title, starting date
of the job, job description, wages, additional
notes, job status (full-time/part-time/seasonal),
payment type, job location, status (on-site, from
home/telecommute). On the left side of this
presentation is a pictorial representation of the
job setup wizard interface.

Step 2 Job requirements
The Recruitment Manager is also required to fill
the job requirement form. The information
gathered from this section will be used to notify
applicants on the requirements for the job. The
fields in the job requirement form include
required skills, desired skills (this includes
skills that are preferable but not necessarily
compulsory), required education, required
experience, additional notes (advancement
opportunities, company training program, equity
employment, etc), internal job ID (we
automatically assign each job an ID number to
keep track of various positions). If you wish to
specify an ID number (optional), enter it here.

Step 2 Contact information
This is the contact information of the person to
be contacted by the applicant(s) as regards the
job you placed. Should in case applicants have
any question(s) regarding their application, they
will contact you through the information you will
provide. If you activate stealth email by
checking the box, applicants will not have access
to the contact information that you have
provided. They will only fill a form and you will
still receive their information.

Step 3 Resume Cover letter Information
This stage help you collect applicants document
online. It help you avoid messy resume and cover
letter papers. At step 3, you will set
permissions (i.e. mandatory, optional, not
accepted) for applicants documents (resume,
cover-letter, video resume) etc. Also, you will
determine the format to which this documents
should be submitted by applicants. We advise you
use the Quick view format as applicants do not
have to upload any document. They will type their
documents in a Microsoft Word-like interface.

Supplimentary Application setup

Step 4 Applicants setup
A supplementary application will help you learn
more about your applicants by allowing you ask
customized and needed questions such as How did
you leave your last job..etc. This stage allows
you to either enable and disable supplementary
application. If enabled, you will also set
permissions (Will the questions be optional or
mandatory) Our evaluation system allows you to
evaluate applicants responses to the set
supplimentary application questions .

Step 5 Applicants setup
RecruitRightFast helps you screen applicants by
providing scales, which you can fill out and keep
on record for each applicant. There are three
main areas in which you can rate applicants
résumé, supplementary application, and interview.
In each area, you may select up to 10 evaluation
criteria (Eg. Résumé --gt Objective, Work
Experience, Interests) RecruitRightFast helps you
screen by allowing use our evaluation tool. You
will have to set a point scale for applicants
evaluation. Also, you will specify the sections
of the applicants details that you want to
evaluate. We strongly recommend that you use our
online evaluation tool. This will give you the
full benefit of the recruitment Manager and allow
you to collect, sort and evaluate all applicants
online.

Step 6 Communication setup
RecruitRightFast is committed to making your
employee recruitment as easy and efficient as
possible. Our communication program ensures that
you always know what's happening with your job
postings. This stage allows you to set how often
you like to be notified of new applicants. You
can be notified when 1, 10, 15, 20 people apply
respectively, its all depends on your
configuration. Also, you can set the email or
emails through which you want to be notified.

This is the last stage in job Set up. At this
stage, your job is set up and ready to go! As we
are always committed to excellence, we just want
to give you the chance to double check and make

it. Once you are satisfied with your settings,
click on the finish button at the bottom of the
page.

This is the online application wizard interface
i.e. the interface where applicants apply for job
openings. The first page is the job opening
page. Here, all active jobs are displayed for
applicants. Clicking the view application
requirements link takes them to the next stage

Step 2 - Job details
At this stage, applicants view the job
application requirements. The details of the job
such as job description, required skills, desired
skills, required education, required experience,
starting date, work status, document submission
methods, acceptable document format etc With
this information, applicants can easily know if
they qualify to apply for the job or not. This
page gives a link for applicants to apply

Step 3 - Application form
The job application requirement page leads the
applicants to this stage. The applicants that
feel they are qualified enough start by entering
their data. This page is where actual application
for the job begins. This page requires
applicants personal information, educational
qualification as well as working experience.

Step 4 Resume in quick view
This is the interface for resume collection. The
applicants type their resumes. The permissions
set by you in step 3 of the job setup for
applicants documents (resume, cover-letter,
video resume) reflect in this page and the next.
This enables the applicants ascertain the degree
of importance of the required document(s). There
is also room for resume uploads if activated by
you in job setup. As you can see, Recruitment
process Manager has a Microsoft word-like
interface for typing and edition of resumes.

Step 5 Cover letter in quick view
Just like the previous page, the permissions set
by you in step 3 of the job setup for
applicants documents (resume, cover-letter,
video resume) reflect in this page. This
interface allows applicants type in and format
their information, in this case, their cover
letters. There is also room for cover letter
uploads if activated by you in job setup.

This is the last stage of Applicants application
Process. When you log into your account, you will
be able to evaluate, short-list, reserve and
