• 8-Axes CNC Crankshaft Grinding Machine,
• BRAHMA 500 CNC
• is developed in line with the requirement of
  M/s Cooper Metals latest trend in the market.
• Now MTA is developing 9 Axes machine with
  synchronous drive for workhead tailstock.

THE MACHINE

• BRAHMA 500 CNC is ideally suited for grinding of
  Pins Journals of Crankshafts.
• Machine is controlled by 8-axes CNC system
  Siemens 840D.
• FANUC system as option
• Machine is equipped with features similar to
  Imported machines.

SALIENT FEATURES

• Complete machine cycle is automatic except
  loading, unloading and angular indexing of crank
  pins.
• Infinite variable work rpm by servo motor
  drive.
• Hydro-dynamic wheel spindle bearings for cutting
  speed 45/60 m/sec.

• CNC steady rest for supporting job during
  grinding.
• Marposs inprocess gauging for precise size
  control.
