  systems in research.

  health data sets for research with underserved

  care data on safety net populations contained in
  the OCHIN electronic health records to influence
  health policy that improves care and health
  outcomes for patients with health disparities and

  test EMR for asthma surveillance (CDC)
• One Kaiser funded study using the OCHIN practice
  management data to assess quality of diabetes
  care in relation to insurance continuity
  accepted for publication in Medical Care
• Two Kaiser funded studies in Safety Net West to
  develop a group model for delivering well child
  care using popular education methods
• 4 additional proposal submitted or planned
