landscape plan and hierarchy that reinforces way
finding while teaching biodiversity and northwest

SUSTAINABLE URBAN CHARACTER Develop a storm
water system that provides continuity and
greenscape along the transit mall and pedestrian
corridors.
BUILDING FACADES Develop an undulating rhythm of
building fronts and tree placement, allow the
buildings to establish the character of place and
frame the circulation corridors.
LIGHTING Develop an area lighting plan
hierarchy that uses light pole standards and
lighting levels as a way finding system.
