Introduction

• AIRLINE OPERATION
• Turkish Airlines started the flights in february
  2006. One flight a week
• By this flight, DUSHANBE connected to Western
  Eastern Europe,USA,
• Middle Far East VIA ISTANBUL

• After April 2006, All flights passenger load
  factor became satisfaction level
• 80 of passenger,transit via Istanbul.
• Tajikistan connected world wide aviation
  reservation system
• At least two/three weekly frequencies will open
  business and tourism market

• The Tajik DCA has systematically rejected any
  Turkish Airlines request that would imply more
  than one weekly frequency from Istanbul.
• Limited Aircraft type,No permission to land Wide
  Body Aircraft.

• AIRPORT OPERATION
• Using monopolistic power of the Tajik Airlines.
• NO Sita connection and NO automatic check-in
  function
• Need more check-in desks/CIP lounge and skilled
  check-in staff for transit passengers.

• Wasting of time for waiting baggage and passport
  control at the arrival.
• Different handling price list betweeen Tajik
  Airlines and foreing airlines.
• Limited ground handling equipment only suitable
  for a type of aircraft that Tajikistan Airlines
  normally uses.
