eNeStimator is NSR Management Ltds software
package for managing term contracts using the
National Schedule of Rates. We currently support
both a web based and a stand alone version Key
features- eNeStimator software comes free when
you purchase a data licence Creates orders and
invoices using the National Schedule of rates,
together with unitary and composite schedules
created by users in NSR format, where these
exist Includes desktops for creating estimates
of cost, orders and invoices. Incorporates
comprehensive item search and find
facility. Rates can be adjusted for tendered
percentage and large order discounts, where
required by the contract. Facilities for
dispatching orders and invoices in print format,
saving to computer and transmission by
email. The following Schedules are available to
use with eNeStimator Building Works
Schedule Mechanical Services Schedule Electrical
Services Schedule National Housing Maintenance
Schedule Access Audit Schedule And Painting
Decorating Schedule

Click on the contractors tab
This is the main eNeStimator desktop. In order
to use the software efficiently you need to set
up the contractors, employers and contract pages
first

Fill in the contractors details
This is the page where you enter all your
contractors details or your details if you are
the contractor Once you have entered their
details they will appear in the contracts summary
You can build up a list of contractors which
will be shown in the grey box

Fill in the employers details
This is the page where you enter all your
employers details or your details if you are the
employer Once you have entered their details
they will appear in the contracts summary You
can build up a list of contractors which will be
shown in the grey box

Once all the fields have been entered click this
arrow to transfer data to desktop
Fill in the contract details
The contracts page is the last page to complete
before you return to the estimate desktop.
Again complete all relevant details. The
employers and contractors details name have drop
down menus so you can choose who you want from
the previous pages that you already
populated. As with the employers and contractors
page you can have more than one contract on the
go and the details will appear in the summary
section

Most of these fields will have been
pre-populated. You now need to completed the
works location and description
You can now go to the schedule tab to start to
build up your estimate

Click on the green arrow to take the highlighted
items back to the desktop
Choose the year and schedule and section from the
drop down menus.
Put your key words in to search for the item
Scroll down the page to find the item
Once found highlight the line by clicking on it

This screen shows the desktop once the items have
been brought forward

There are some cases where the specialised items
are not included in our Schedules. This gives
you the opportunity to create your own items and
add them to the desktop when you are building
your estimate

The estimates can then be printed off as
either Estimate

Or invoice
