• Every component has its own regulation.
• All are managed by different persons at Wing
  level.
• Aircraft actually come under Operations in CAWG.

• All databases are kept at National level and are
  updated at wing or unit level (for most part).

• Managed by Unit Supply Officer, both at Wing and
  Squadron levels.
• Supply Officer is appointed by Commander
• Unit commander is the one ultimately responsible
  for everything they have been assigned.

• Official S-2 Inventory managed at Wing, there are
  52 vehicles on current inventory.
• If a unit wants a vehicle they must complete a
  CAPF 175, Vehicle Justification
• Individual vehicles are managed at unit level.
  Inspections are to be done each time a vehicle is
  driven.
• Vehicles are available to all members and units..

• All members must have a wing issued CAP Drivers
  Permit to operate Corporate owned vehicles. New
  DMV report must be submitted by member every two
  years.
• Unit CC must approve each Request for a AP
  Drivers Permit for their members.
• Maintenance minor maintenance paid by Unit,
  major maintenance paid by National.

• Official S-6 Inventory is managed by Wing.
• All units must have either a lease , license or
  letter of approval.
• Unit responsible to get and keep current their
  lease or license.

  Wing AC Manager makes recommendations to Wing CC
• Aircraft available to all properly credentialed
