• Visit universities, labs, research groups, etc.
• Encourage, facilitate, and assist collaboration,
  coordination and information exchange between
  U.S. and Asia-Pacific scientists.
• VSP support for Asia-Pacific scientist visits to
  U.S. labs, universities, ST facilities.
• Help arrange workshops in Asia for researchers
  from Asia-Pacific area, U.S., and (where
  appropriate) Europe (CSP).
• Promulgate Asia-Pacific ST on WWW
• NICOP program to support joint research
