Mrs X (Stoke on Trent) message to Chief
Executive. "When she was on holiday in
Edinburgh at the beginning of the year she fell
and fractured her femur. She was treated really
well in Ward 6 and was delighted this morning
when Sister Farquar telephoned to ask how she was
doing. She was very impressed by this and
appreciates it very much and was to pass on her
thanks to those concerned."
