  help everyone understand your point of view and
  respect everyones right to do the same
• The need for consensus may sacrifice optimum
  performance for some to establish common ground
• Were constrained by time and attacking complex
  issues -- help us work through an aggressive
  agenda
• Keep the right level of detail for the entire
  audience and conference objectives
• Minimize side-bars, wait to be recognized, and
  stay focused
