Lessons learned

• Digital value opportunities abound, opportunities
  less so
• Museums/cultural organizations can be slow to
  change. What is new' to some organizations may
  be old to external innovators
• There exist many internal and external conditions
  which may restrict innovation
• Some technologies allow for experiences that
  cannot be replicated in Museums these should be
  prioritized
• Museum/cultural content is often stored in
  'awkward' formats/old technology and are
  sometimes hard to deal with.
• New audiences want new experiences especially
  youth
