ROAD SAFETY
Changing a flat tyre! Serious accidents have
happened where drivers have been killed changing
a flat tyre along the road!

• Only stop the vehicle at a safe and visible
  place!
• Put a warning triangle in front and behind the
  site.
• Turn on the 4-way emergency flashing lights!
• If possible use the 2nd vehicle as protection,
  or
• Stop with the flat tyre towards the roadside.

• Post a lookout to warn you of vehicles
  approaching at speed.
• Make sure you have the right tools and know how
  to use them.
• STOP the work and move to safety if necessary.

An unsafe tyre change may kill you!
