• Classified according to their densities and
  chemical qualities.
• Are the principal means by which lipids are
  transported in the blood.

• HDL
• Stand for high-density lipoproteins
• Takes cholesterol out of the blood
• Also known as good cholesterol
• Healthy (H)

• LDL
• Stands for low-density lipoproteins
• The primary form found in the blood
• Also known as bad cholesterol
• Lousy (L)

Step-By-Step Method

• Dilute one bag of Titan Gel with deionized water.
• Pour the diluted buffer into the chamber.
• Cover the chamber until ready for use.
• Place the gel in the inner section of the
  chamber.
• Cover the chamber and turn it to 80 volts and wait

  40 minutes
• After the gel is dry, pour the stain on the gel
  and wait 4 minutes
• Pour the stain out and pour the stain again two
  more times
• After every pour out of the stain use the
  destaining
